Our shipping charges are very fair and reasonable. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not try to boost our profits by overcharging our customers for shipping. Understandably, when the US Postal Service or UPS raise their shipping rates we are forced to raise ours as well, and the recent changes can be found in the chart below. We understand that our customers are looking for the best value for their money and we have tried to set up our shipping charges to match actual shipping charges as closely as possible. On some orders you may pay slightly more than it actually cost to ship, but in a lot of cases it costs more to ship than you were charged, so hopefully over time it should even out and be fair for everyone.

That's why we use USPS Priority Shipping on almost all orders under 2 lbs. in weight. What does this mean to you? You can expect 4 ~ 5 business day delivery to any address in the lower 48 United States. Please note that we cannot ship any coin cleaners or chemicals via Priority Mail, they must ship via UPS or Parcel Post.
Orders weighing over 2 lbs. are usually shipped via UPS Ground. We have found that it is much more economical to ship larger, heavier orders via United Parcel Service. The lower shipping cost plus the added benefit of "Parcel Tracking" makes this a very customer friendly shipping method for shipping larger orders.

We will gladly pay return shipping if we send the wrong product, or if a product has a manufacturers defect. Please note that we do not give refunds on items that are returned to us damaged or otherwise unable to be resold due to improper packing.
